The parking payment can be made directly through the app using a credit or debit card. The app allows you to extend your parking session without the need to return to your vehicle. You can end your parking period either automatically or manually, ensuring you only pay for the actual time parked, with no additional charges applied.

The Faluappen automatically displays the nearest parking areas. Users can also select locations via the map or by searching for the area’s zone code or name. After verifying that the zone code and vehicle registration number are correct, you can set the desired end time on your parking ticket and activate it. Parking attendants have immediate access to your digital ticket through their handheld devices. If notifications are enabled, a reminder will be sent ten minutes before the parking session expires.

Payments made through the Faluappen aggregate parking sessions over a 30-day period, with charges processed once per month. Accepted payment methods include VISA and Mastercard.

The Faluappen also features 'Hitta i Falun', offering recommendations for events, cafes, restaurants, shops, and more that are members of Centrala Stadsrum. These event listings are provided in collaboration with Visit Dalarna and Centrala Stadsrum.
